Librarian at RHS Garden Harlow Carr

Working at RHS Garden Harlow Carr is the icing on the cake for me, as I have always been interested in gardening and growing things.

I have always loved libraries and being a librarian has been my career since my teens. I have worked in many areas of the profession, including school and university libraries and government departments. I still find every aspect of the work very rewarding, particularly the interaction with library users.

Outside work, when I’m not keeping fit as an amateur gardener, I enjoy running, yoga and garden visiting. Creating and restoring stained glass windows is a recent interest – who knows where that will lead?
