We’re encouraging Primary School pupils to learn, create, plant and discover at home using our RHS learning resources

The RHS Education and Learning Team have linked up with the Campaign for School Gardening so that Primary School pupils can learn from home.

Our resource materials (below) will give you links to curriculum learning, fun activities, creative ideas and plenty to keep young gardeners active.

Foundation Stage and Key Stage 1

Begin to understand and focus on plant parts and what they need to grow healthily.

Lower Key Stage 2

Get hands-on with plants to understand their lifecycle – from seed to shoot, to flower and fruit. Investigate the fascinating ways that plants make and disperse seeds to reproduce. Discover plants in different stages of life and identify parts of flowering plants through nature’s clues.
