To apply for a paid position search for the job in the current vacancies section and then click on the ‘Apply online’ button. If you have previously applied online for another job with the RHS, you can just enter your login details. If you have not previously applied, click on ‘New user registration’ to register yourself as a new applicant.

If there is a closing date on the vacancy you are applying for, we suggest you submit your application straight away, we review applications when they come in and may start interviewing before the closing date.
What happens next?
The hiring manager will review your application as soon as possible and will be in touch if you are selected for interview.
Depending on the role you have applied for your first interview will take place online or face to face. As well as a chance to get to know you, it will be an opportunity for you to find out more about the RHS and the role you have applied for. Don’t worry, if we require you to prepare anything specific, we will give you plenty of notice.
What happens after the interview?
Once interviews have been held, the hiring manager will offer the position to the successful candidate, and the unsuccessful candidates that attended interviews, will be informed as soon as possible after an offer has been made.
