RHS/GCA Interchange Fellowship blog

The interchange fellowship sponsored by the Royal Horticultural Society and the Garden Club of America comprises two different programmes. A British student spends 12 months practicing horticulture in the Longwood Gardens, Pennsylvania and an American student spends 10 months undergoing horticulture training in some best gardens in the UK. The programme aims to foster and enhance relations between American and British gardens and horticulture institutions, boost the exchange of information and train future leaders in horticulture and education.
