We employ approximately 600 full-time staff and 200 part-time staff, as well as relying on more than 1,000 volunteers in our gardens, at our shows and in the Membership Services Department. The RHS Council does retain ultimate responsibility for the actions of our staff, but the day-to-day running is delegated to the Directors and staff.
